Fumigation
The fumigation service is mandatory and is carried out once a month.
If during your stay there is an opportunity to fumigate the apartment, please let the staff in.

Please verify that all lights are turned off every time you leave the apartment.
Air conditioning
Turn off the air conditioning equipment every time you leave the apartment.
Use it at 24°.
In heat mode the machine needs a few minutes to start working.

Housekeeping
Extra cleaning service is offered for any time of the stay at an additional cost, with our trained and trusted staff.
For stays longer than 14 nights, a mandatory refresher cleaning with replacement of linen will be carried out in the apartment. Payment for the service will be the responsibility of the guest, to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, with our trained and trustworthy staff. The day and time will be coordinated after generating the reservation.
For monthly stays, a mandatory refresher cleaning will be carried out in the apartment with replacement of linen, every 15 nights, payment for the service will be the responsibility of the guest, to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, with our trained and trustworthy staff. The day and time will be coordinated after generating the reservation.
Damaged items
In case of breakage or damage to furniture and/or artifacts, please notify our staff. The damages will be evaluated and a budget will be generated to repair the problem.
Everything regarding linen that is left available must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. Anything that is not in good condition will have a replacement fine.
Building keys
Two sets of keys are left at your disposal for the building door.
If necessary, request extra games.
In case of loss, the replacement of each game has a value of USD 50
Apartment keys
The apartment door has an electronic lock, the corresponding code will be sent (See information in Check In).

A practical baby bed with sheet and blanket is offered.
It will be available according to availability, please consult.
It has an additional value of USD 5 per night
