Laundry
It is located in the second basement of the building, accessed by elevator
- It is a system that requires tokens.
- Hours: 7 am to 10 pm.
- Please remove your belongings at the end of the process to leave at the disposal of another neighbor.
- If you find an item of clothing among yours, leave it on the table.
- Area for exclusive use for laundry.
Pool
It is located on the 13th floor of the building, accessed by elevator.
- To access the common spaces of the pool, visual plaza, solarium and aerobics track, you must take the elevator to the 5th floor, walk down the hallway and take the elevators on the other side of the building and go to the 13th floor.
- Use: Exclusively for guests who live in the building, over 14 years old.
- Pool and Jacuzzi Season and Hours: November 1 to March 31
- Hours 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Guest Access: Up to 1 (one) non-resident per functional unit, on weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., without exception, access being prohibited on these holidays and weekends.
Children's pool
It is located on the fifth floor of the building, accessed by elevator. You must take the elevator to the 5th floor and walk down the hallway to the other part of the building.
- Exclusively for children under 12 (twelve) years old, who are in the care of older people and who live in the building.
- Season and Schedule: November 1 to March 31.
- Hours 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Guest Access: Up to 1 (one) non-resident minor per functional unit, on weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., without exception, access on these holidays and weekends being prohibited.
- Those who must always be accompanied by one adult and/or more than one invited adult.
