The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood and, although the stay is for recreational purposes, it is the home of many people. As such, we ask that you respect the privacy and tranquility of the rest of the neighbors.
Specifically, between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. m., noise should be kept to a minimum.
Although we love animals, pets are not allowed in our home. The only exceptions are certified service dogs.
This is a non-smoking property. Please do not smoke inside the apartment.
In case of breakage or damage to furniture and/or artifacts, please notify our staff. Allow maintenance personnel access to the department to evaluate the damage and will proceed to generate a budget to repair said problem as soon as possible.
Everything regarding linen that is left available must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. Anything that is not in good condition will have a replacement fine.
The fumigation service is mandatory and is carried out once a month.
If during your stay there is an opportunity to fumigate the apartment, please let the staff in.
Access of 2 (Two) people is allowed as guests to the apartment, respecting rest hours and the rules of coexistence in the building. Access to common spaces (if the building has amenities) is not permitted to guests; access to amenities is for the exclusive use of registered guests.
